Scale Problems

I have a drawing that is drawn at 3/32" = 1'-0"

What number can I scale the drawing by to make it 1'=1'

3/32=12

(3*12)/32

8.625 (I think)

you can use scale reference in the the scale command

by using it you can enter a current value of specified object and the target value you need it for the same object in the needed scale
