loopfish Posted December 24, 2008 Posted December 24, 2008 Hey, I have a block in my drawing and would like to edit one of the attributes. The block has been inserted 100+ times so it would be a pain to go to each one. I also do not one to edit the block in other drawings, just this one. anyone able to help? Quote
totzky Posted December 24, 2008 Posted December 24, 2008 -Insert 1 block -Explode -Edit -Convert to block once more, with the same name -Redefine (changes will reflect on other blocks) Quote
Guest Xenophon Posted December 24, 2008 Posted December 24, 2008 or right click edit block in place close and save on the toolbar that comes up when done making changes. i really don't like the new block editor mode. Quote
totzky Posted December 24, 2008 Posted December 24, 2008 You can also use the block attribute manager. Quote
dbroada Posted December 24, 2008 Posted December 24, 2008 what do you mean by edit one of the attributes? do you want to change the appearance of one of the attributes or do you want to change the value of one of the attributes? Quote

Also no method is ideal as they won't create new attributes in existing blocks. You need to run battman or attsync to update all existing blocks to contain the new or modified attribute. Are they available in 2000? Quote
