Are there step by step tutorial on AutoLISP?

hi to all my big bros.. and sis..

Everytime I visit in our forum, I always see lots of threads about AutoLISP. poeple making Lisp and rewriting it... and telling its been a great help to them using LISP... and one member also post a similar tread like this. asking bout LISP. so i replied a link in the cadtutor but

ive tried and i just cant get on how to create your on LISP.

Ive read some tread that LISP is a kind of Command List.

that a mutiple command can be done by a single command, using LISP

So i guess there are acad users who dont know about LISP.. like me also... i'm just wondering if are there any tutorials that may help us on how to use LISP. and is it possible for us new users to create a new LISP? coz i've read some of the treads that some people write thier own LISP....

Check the AUGI website for articles from past AutoDesk University sessions that covered AutoLISP and how to get started. You can also check Amazon.com for books about AutoLISP.

I know how you feel about not knowing LISP but fortunately I took BASIC in college and the syntax is similar so I had foot in the door on it a bit more than someone that is completely clueless about how to start writing LISP routines. So to get you started I would suggest reading the following web sites links below. They are very basic but one I find a bit more practical is The Ultimate AutoLisp Tutorial web site which is the first one in the list of links. I hope these help you get started.

Yeah Jeffery seems to be a very helpful sorta fella as well as very knowledgeable in LISP. I found him by doing a Google search for LISP or AutoLisp.
