jimmy Posted January 4, 2009 Posted January 4, 2009 I use Autocad Architural. When I try to print in landscape the preview comes up portrait and does not show the drawing. If I print it takes a long to start and the sheet runs through and does not print. Can anyone help please? Quote
ReMark Posted January 4, 2009 Posted January 4, 2009 Have you been able to print in the correct orientation in the past? What printer are you using? Is plot spooling enabled? Quote
jimmy Posted January 4, 2009 Author Posted January 4, 2009 Yes ReMark it has been OK up until now. I'm using HP Deskjet 1120C I don't know what is meant by print spooling? Quote
ReMark Posted January 5, 2009 Posted January 5, 2009 For our HP Designjet 500 orientation is controlled via the Plot Manager. Re: Spooling. You should check your printer settings. Click on Start > Printers and Faxes, find the HP DJ 1120C and right click on it. Select Properties from the pop-up window. In the Properties dialog box click on the Advanced tab. The following two items should be enabled. Spool print documents so program finishes printing faster. Start printing immediately. Quote
jimmy Posted January 6, 2009 Author Posted January 6, 2009 Thanks for that, all working fine now! Quote
