Does anyone use Autodesk Productstream?

In conjunction with AutoCAD Mechanical 2008?

 

If so, how do you organize a common block library?

 

When we create a drawing block from scratch we enter information such as Description and Manufacturer part number. The Part Number gets filled in automatically through Productstream when the drawing you are working in gets updated.

 

Does anyone use or has used a similar set up?

 

Our problem is creating a set of common blocks that do not conflict with each other i.e. being able to issue a drawing while another drawing is checked out but has the same blocks.
