Bringing my customizations to work

So, I've just finished customizing some workspaces, toolbars, etc etc. Now is the time to bring these changes to my place of work. What files will I need to bring along? I think these;

- I suppose the profile file?
- What .cui files need to be brought over? Main and partial?
- Spesific files for tool palettes?

Have I missed anything, or if you have any tips on how to keep this as simple as possible, I'll appreciate any help :)

Dont know for sure but bring your main cui file than
type cui in command line at work
now goto transfer tab .
on right side load your file and drag and dop toolbars menus etc.. to your main cui file.

you definitely want the .arg profile file.
