I am trying to add or make an attribute within an ABS block. If that is what you call it. I am familiar with Autocad but this new ABS stuff is a bit confusing. I do electrical design and on a duplex receptacle block I want to be able to put Height or Special notes like GFCI etc. How do I do this? Help.

I strongly advise you to look up "Property Set Definition" in the help. This is an alternative to attributes and offer far more functionality.

Once you get the hang of them you'll be impressed - you will be able to create schedule tables of parts that are linked to your objects and tag items (tagging means produce a leader with a part description or other property set that is attached. This leader and text will update automatically if you change the information on the object).
