GibraltarDesign Posted January 16, 2009 Posted January 16, 2009 What is the proper/easiest way to export and import users setting profiles in AutoCAD 2007? It seems I have to import and export a couple times before they stick. Also a few of the profiles after I import them they are not the same settings as when I exported them from the user. They are missing menus and toolbars. Ultimately what I am doing is going to one user from each discipline and exporting their profile, so that when we get a new user in that discipline I can import that profile and their menus and settings will be geared toward their discipline. Someone was telling me that I can just copy a few files out of some certain directorys within Windows and then paste them to the new users Windows directory and they will have the AutoCAD settings. He said this is how he does it. I can't remember where he said the files were located. Any help will be greatly appreciated! Quote
