Time again for my favorite command! Use BOUNDARY to create a region by picking inside on of the halves of your drawing and then revolve the region. Voil

i get a message object should be on one side of the axis

You should only select half as your region, then to revolve it select the two endpoints towards the center to define your axis of revolution.

Sorry for the long delay. I been busy. I am not manufacturing the tank. But i can assume that it is not welded inside. Unless thats what the equipment cuts say(to lazy to bust them out right now). Think of i pipe being welded. It doesnt have to be welded inside. System pipe hold a lot more pressure than just fuel sitting in a tank.

But i may be wrong.

Hope, you change notes and weld symbol before it go to production.
