Scummy007 Posted February 9, 2009 Posted February 9, 2009 Ok, ive have a look around but cant seem to find the answer. I have a couple of viewports on the same page and this has only just started happening. Before if i turned a layer off or froze it in viewport 1 it wouldent change in viewport 2 but now when i turn a layer off in viewport 1 it turns off in viewport 2, freeze does the same. Can someone tell me what i did to make this happen and how i set it back to how it was. cheers Quote
ReMark Posted February 9, 2009 Posted February 9, 2009 You probably have the layer set to "freeze in ALL viewports". Quote
Scummy007 Posted February 9, 2009 Author Posted February 9, 2009 If that is the case how did i get all my levels to do that by accident? I guess it would have to have been some typed command i accidently bashed out. It seems to be more of a setting in autocad itself rather then the drawing though since its happening in all my dwgs now. Oh and you dident actually tell me how to stop it or how i did it, you just gave me a possible answer without actually helping. cheers Quote
ReMark Posted February 9, 2009 Posted February 9, 2009 Jeez, take a minute to rescue a cat out of a tree and everyone starts crying, "Where's my answer!" LOL Did you check the Layer Properties Manager and the settings for the two layers under the columns Current Viewport Freeze and New Viewport Freeze? I don't know what you did. Maybe its a rogue Lisp routine you just loaded and used that screwed up your AutoCAD session. Quote
ReMark Posted February 9, 2009 Posted February 9, 2009 Did you use the Express Tools - Freeze Layer command at some point? Quote
ReMark Posted February 10, 2009 Posted February 10, 2009 Scummy: You requested help with a problem without actually providing any further feedback. What is the status of the problem at the moment? Unresolved? Solved? Quote
