Are they on the same layer? Are they the only lines on that layer? or are they all changed to Cyan separate from the layers color?

 

If any of these things are true, I'd say it's easiest to use QSelect and ad the filter that you can use.

They are all on one layer and the only lines on the layer, but what do you mean with "QSelect and ad the filter..." ?

I've attached a image of the Quick Select window - under Properties select Layer and then change the Value to the layer name in question - hit OK and your cyan layers should all be selected
