subfor Posted February 14, 2009 Posted February 14, 2009 Hello, when I use dim function autocad writes the dimensions in numbers(200, 300... and so on), but I need not numbers but my own text, like 'Y0', 'XZ' and so on. How can I do this? Quote
lpseifert Posted February 14, 2009 Posted February 14, 2009 After you create the dimension, click on it and in Properties there is a box for 'Text override'. or You can set Dimassoc=0, and when you make a dimension, you'll be prompted for text. The dimension will be exploded though. Quote
