Tankman Posted February 17, 2009 Posted February 17, 2009 Take the free trial at www.pdf2cad.com. Not a great job but, will help occasionally. Quote
scotty90 Posted February 19, 2009 Posted February 19, 2009 This is the best converter if found was Aide PDF to DXF converter. As i have not got up 9 posts yet I can't post the URL so just type 'Aide PDF to DXF' into google and you'll find it. The website is 'aidecad' dot com. It works great if it is a vector PDF, the only thing it doesn't convert is the text to text rather lines, but if your going to just edit something and re-print it still looks fine. One tip is if you are going to use the trial, you get like 10 free goes or something. Note that this DOESN'T COUNT HOW MANY FILES YOU CONVERT PER GO, so you can put like 5 files into convert and it only thinks you used only of your trail goes. I even use it to convert raster PDFs and it works of for getting a measurement or drawing like a truss layout etc on there for quoting. I tested a few others (can't remember which ones) but i found this was the best. Have fun. PS It actully converts the files to DXF but after you open them in AutoCad you can then save a DWG. Quote
