Andy0902 Posted February 19, 2009 Posted February 19, 2009 Hello People... I have a small problem with my AutoCAD 2009. In plan view my UCS will be set to 'world' so 'Y' is pointing upwards and 'X' is pointing to the right. I will then change view to 'Left' and my UCS will automatically change so 'Y' is pointing upwards and 'X' is pointing to the right. How can i stop this from happening as i prefer my UCS to stay where it is? Please help this is causing great frustration... Quote
Andy0902 Posted February 19, 2009 Author Posted February 19, 2009 Sorry it's still doing it as it was already set to 0 The UCS follow is where you change your UCS and the view changes to suit the UCS. Whereas my UCS is changing to suit my View? It didnt do this on my AutoCAD 2008 Quote
lpseifert Posted February 19, 2009 Posted February 19, 2009 maybe the little DUCS button on the status bar? Quote
Andy0902 Posted February 19, 2009 Author Posted February 19, 2009 I tried that, it doesnt seem to do anything? Does it do this on your AutoCAD? or am i by myself on this? Quote
Sampdoria Posted February 19, 2009 Posted February 19, 2009 Maybe this is obvious but have you the UCS and UCS II toolbars on screen.? click the UCS World icon. not sure if that solves your problem. Quote
