Convert CEL Library to use in AutoCAD

Hello-

I am looking for a way to convert Microstation cel libraries to be able to use in AutoCAD 09. Is there a way to be able to do this?

I am sure I read that microstation V8 or later is meant to be able to create dwg files else there is now a import microstation in Autocad itself 2008? which may work better.

My only comment is that I have never succesfully read microstation files or dwg created 100%. But I do know the translation path was the best option some time ago. I know how its done you create a translation table that is set up to say this cell = this block. You will have to contact a microstation user to do this.
