Index Finger Pointing Hand Block

Does anyone have or know where I can get the famous "hand with the index finger pointing" block? The last place I worked used this to bring attention to certain parts of a drawing and I would like to use this at my new job.

I used MText and searched the text style "Wingdings". They have fingers pointing left, right, up and down.
