Hidden lines in circular ductwork

I have a ductwork layout, it has circular ductwork, when I plot it with hidden, the straight lengths of ductwork look fine with just the outside lines and centre lines displayed, but when the ducts bend, the bend itself is filled with lots of lines showing the contour of the duct. Is there a way to just show the outline and centre line with out all the zig zag contours?

Check your view style settings. I have had to change a number of things in mine to look the way i want it to.
