Link Excel-datasheet to block

Hello!

Does anyone know how to link a excel-datasheet to a block in autocad. It will work making a hyperlink, but I have 2000 excelsheets that needs to be linked to blocks all with different value.

Any suggestions?

Do they all have to be linked to the same block?
Can you just link to a folder that contains all the sheets?
