TEXTURE INVENTOR GRATING 19W4 1x3/16

HI EVERYBODY
I'm looking for an inventor texture grating type 19w4 1"x3/16".
i'v made 3D grating but it's too heavy when i put it in a drawing.
So i was wondering if there was a texture that can do the job
but i can't find any.
