How to remove circle with lines going to the center?

How do I remove the circle with lines going to the center that appears in every new dwg? It appears in the center of my screen every area I zoom or pan too. I'm sure its easy but I can't find where to remove it from my display. Thanks

GEOGRAPHICLOCATION, either use the remove option, or instead use
GEOMARKERVISIBILITY

Remember you can type GEO and hit TAB until you get the command you want, hit enter.
