Cannot delete the unseen stuff

I turned on every layer and deleted everything not in use, and filter layers. Then I typed ZOOM--> All. But the image in model space only shows in a corner. It seems something still remain there but invisible. Could someone please help on this? Appreciate that!

Try Zoom > Extents

Yes. It works. But why Zoom, All does not work? Is that becasue something invisible remain there? Thanks!

Nothing invisible... except the grid

All Zooms to display the entire drawing in the current viewport. In a plan view, All zooms to the grid limits or current extents, whichever is greater. In a 3D view, ZOOM All is equivalent to ZOOM Extents. The display shows all objects even if the drawing extends outside the grid limits.

 

I turned on the grid so could see the drawing limit. It is bigger than the 2D item. Great. Thanks again.

Did you check your limits with the limits command? I find that to be restrictive at times.

One of the ways I follow is "Erase --- All --" but before this command being used lock all ther layers and objects that are needed. So that they don't get deleted unknowingly.

This is mainly due to blocks/objects you might have pasted,copied while working etc.
