I am using AutoCAD 2008. I am xrefing a Jpeg image (elevation). When I plot, the white background is printed as a dot pattern. Seems like the plotter is trying to print "white." How can i adjust the image to have a clear/clean background? Different file type? Anything?
Thank yoU!

Start the IMAGEADJUST command and play around with the settings. Make it lighter. Also see if transparency turned on makes any difference.
