Insener07 Posted March 16, 2009 Posted March 16, 2009 HodY! How is it possible to use different layers in different workspaces? Thanks! M Quote
rkmcswain Posted March 16, 2009 Posted March 16, 2009 That is kind of like saying is it possible to use different grapes in different automobiles?. Layers are properties of objects in drawings. When you create an object, it must reside on some layer. Workspaces are a collection of menus, toolbars, palettes, etc., saved to a name for later restoration. IOW - layers and workspaces have nothing to do with one another. Quote
Tiger Posted March 16, 2009 Posted March 16, 2009 It is however possible to freeze layers in one viewport and not in others - is this what you mean? In that case, use the VP Freeze section of the Layer Manager while in the viewport. Quote
