adding custom hatches to custom palette

hi does anyone know how i can add a hatch i have created to a custom pallete thanks again.

Open a drawing, hatch a small area on a layer you would want to have the hatch on later. Drag that hatch from the drawing to the palette, wait a few seconds, drop it on palette.
