Hi all

could anyone recommend the best way to draw steel mesh floors (slabs) that will match up with steel stairs & landings?

I'm thinking a new slab style then adding modifers to show the structural support steelwork (channel or universal beams or maybe RHS).

But really I'm hoping Architecture has a special super tool :D to do this that will, for instance, cleanup with a stair and landing, or even adjust the support steelwork around any openings I insert into the floor...

I'm dreaming aren't I?

With hope everlasting...

Unfortunately I think your gonna have to create it on your own. I have not done any steel stairs or floors since 90% of my work is residential. I do know there is a steel mesh material in the materials library for use for this kind of thing, but I think thats about it.

Maybe someone else doing this type of work can chime in.
