DWF to DWFx or XPS file

I am trying to work out how to open a DWF file in internet explorer as the computer does not have Autocad. is it possible to convert the drawing file type to a DWFx file or a Xps file. or is there some other way that i can open the DWF without having Autocad installed ???

You can download this DWF viewer (http://dwfcommunity.autodesk.com/products/autodesk-dwf-viewer.html) from Autodesk - I'd say that's the easiest way.
