Messge displayed when opening drawing created in earlier release

Hi,

am using Autocad Civil 3d 2008.
If I open a drawing that was created in civil 3d 2009 I get a message displayed which tells me I'm opening a drawing that was created in a NEWER version of autocad.

Is there a variable to stop this message displaying. Or is there any other way to stop it?

Try DWGCHECK.

Unfortunately that does not work.....I have corrected the description of the problem, the message that displays is to notify me that the drawing was originally created in a Newer version of autocad.

I have also tried AecFileOpenMessage and AecFileSaveMessage but they did not seem to work for me.
