Change command of OSNAP override - from 'per' to 'er'

Does anyone know how to change the command of Perpendicular of the OSNAP override?

I'm tired of typing 'per' when i want to perpendicular my line to another distant line. I want to change it to 'er'... involved changing the CUI file??

In the CUI you will be able to assign certain key(s) to Osnap-perpendicular, but not er. I have per set to the F2 key.

I suppose as a cop-out you could maybe have this loaded, then just type '#

(defun c:# () (command "_per"))

I suppose '# is 1 keystroke less than per...
