e.fenske Posted March 27, 2009 Posted March 27, 2009 I have downloaded the AutoCAD Coorbook Editor and created three news color books with it, however I cannot figure out how to bring them into AutoCAD. I am using AutoCAD LT 2005, if it makes a difference. Thank you for the help; whoever helps me Quote
uddfl Posted March 30, 2009 Posted March 30, 2009 Once you've saved your custom .acb file, specify that folder under Options > Files > Color Book Locations Welcome to the forum. Quote
e.fenske Posted March 30, 2009 Author Posted March 30, 2009 Is there supposed to be a folder or something in AutoCAD already specified for this? or is it the name that I give the folder I am saving these in? I have AutoCAD LT, if that makes a difference Quote
uddfl Posted March 30, 2009 Posted March 30, 2009 I don't think it makes a difference whether it's LT or full. It can be any folder you want, the way you do with your Support folders, Automatic Save location, etc. Quote
e.fenske Posted April 3, 2009 Author Posted April 3, 2009 Under "Support File Search Path", is there supposed to be a pre-existing menu item for Color Book Locations? If so, that is not existing in my menu. Quote
uddfl Posted April 3, 2009 Posted April 3, 2009 No, it's not within Support File search path. It's a folder just like it in the main window under the 'files' tab. In autocad 08 it is the 11th on the list. Quote
e.fenske Posted April 3, 2009 Author Posted April 3, 2009 coul you please tell me what the name of the folder is that you used? I cant seem to get this to work, sorry for the inconvenience Quote
