dusko Posted April 2, 2009 Posted April 2, 2009 good morning! one of those fantastic titles, i know so as tilte said, in block editor block is sited vertical but when i get out in model space model is rotated for 90 degrees or second block is mirrored and rotated for 90 degrees. thank you! Quote
lpseifert Posted April 2, 2009 Posted April 2, 2009 Is the UCS the same in the block editor the same as in Model space? If you have your UCS icon displayed it's easy to tell. Quote
dusko Posted April 3, 2009 Author Posted April 3, 2009 UCS is the same in model space as in editor (Y is vertical, X is horizontal). here is attach (check front view of port - mirrored and rotated): Drawing2.dwg Quote
GE13579 Posted April 3, 2009 Posted April 3, 2009 I'm not sure what the question is, but if you go into block editor and save the block as to a different name, then when you insert, it is as per the block editor view. Another thing to check is that when you INSERT- do you have rotation checked and set to 90? If you check properties it does specify that the block has a rotation of 90°. Drawing2[1].dwg Quote
hazardman Posted April 3, 2009 Posted April 3, 2009 i looked at the drawing and the block intelf was inserted at 90 degree...so yes it would be rotate 90 degrees relative to the block editor...as such the block editor is showing the original orientation correctly... Quote
