V-Ray v1.50 SP3 has to be purchased. We do not condone the illegal downloading of software. I'm sure you're aware of this, right?

Create an account at chaosgroup.com (http://www.chaosgroup.com/en/2/index.html) and you should be able to download the free, limited use, demo version which is good for 30 days, I believe.
