Infernus Posted April 8, 2009 Posted April 8, 2009 Hello, We are using ACAD drawings with xdata related to it, attatched by an additional ACAD module written by our company. Since we are planning to start using these ACAD drawings into inventor and we still want to use the particular data attatched in the inventor (VBA) environment we were wondering if the xdata content is lost when importing the drawings into inventor. I've succeeded to import a couple of drawings, but it seems like everything except layer colors is being removed from the drawing content by inventor. Is there anyone who has experience with this problem, and is the xdata actually being transferred to inventor when opening drawings? Regards, Hendrik Quote
