How to find intersection with extrude?

This is a 3d isometric drawing, and I'm extruding the circles along the X axis, but I can't figure out how to draw that one line.

 

 

Anyone have any ideas? extrude.jpg

Model like you would machine the actual part - drill the holes last.

Extrude the Ø2.250 circle to 1.594 - the center of the part. Then Union.

After you have the entire solid then drill (presspull) the holes.

Since you have already extruded the circle by a certain height, try offset face (solidedit).
