minks Posted April 14, 2009 Posted April 14, 2009 hi all, i heave this problem and its driving me crazy for days i recieved a dwg file recently for further editing, and well its drawn in some other aplication, im guessing archicad. the thing is when i open it in Autocad and set it in right scale, diagonal lines appear all jittery (like segmented), it has nothing to do with antialiasing or screen resolution cos iv tryed those. the thing is when i draw a new line next to those imported it looks ok. its a huge drawing and i really heave no time to retrace all lines (id probably heave to heave my head examined afterwards ). so if anyone has any idea, any help would be appricieated Quote
Tankman Posted April 14, 2009 Posted April 14, 2009 Minks: Welcome to the forums! Have you tried 'regen' on the command line? Quote
minks Posted April 14, 2009 Author Posted April 14, 2009 hey yeah i tryed it, but im working on it right now and it seams the problem are the overlaping lines , i thought the overkill would take them all out, but it didnt . well it seams ill need to reapir the whole drawing after all . thx for reply.... Lee Mac Posted April 14, 2009 Posted April 14, 2009 If the problem is overlapping diagonal lines, I suppose you could find all the intersections between the lines and just create one line from these points? this could be done through LISP Quote
