Adding linetype scale and other properties to toobar?

I want to be able to have some drop downs (or boxes) for some items that appear in the properties window but do not appear in the properties toolbar. Currently it only contains the color, linetype and lineweight drop downs. I want to be able to change the linetype scale without entering the properties window also.

Another thing I'd like to be able to do is alter the geometry from a toolbar box. like the radius/diameter.

It would also be nice to change the text properties in a similar manner (justify drop down, height, rotation). I'd like to be able to control the contents of text and/or dimensions this way too.

I have no idea how to make toolbars like this. Does anybody know how?

All I can suggest is that you create a button for LTSCALE and enter a value manually, and for the text we have buttons for 3.5mm, 5mm and 7mm MTEXT but I wouldn't know how to go about that. Not quite what you're after but might get you by in the meantime?
