GE13579 Posted April 17, 2009 Posted April 17, 2009 Try WBLOCK then save as. Then try inserting the new DWG? Can you post the block at all? Quote

Lithium Posted April 19, 2009 Posted April 19, 2009 Quote: "dragging it into the drawing wont work" Let's just work on this aspect of your post. I am using LT 2009 but I suspect 2006 works about the same. Right or wrong, this is how I drag and drop. 1. Open the source and destination drawings and view them both on a split screen. 2. Select the source objects and right click--not on an object. Note: You do not first select copy. Just highlight/select the objects. 3. Don't let up when you right click, pause, and drag to the other window. 4. Drop. My apologies if this doesn't work in 2006. I'm just trying to do what I can to help. Quote
GE13579 Posted April 20, 2009 Posted April 20, 2009 Did you try WBLOCK? PM me and I'll try to help out. Quote
