There must be several dozen methods depending on design intent. Everything from a simple Sweep of 2D Sketch to AutoBend in 3D Sketch to Routed Systems.

You might get an appropriate suggestion by attaching what you have so far.

I recommend going through the Inventor tutorials in my signature.

Like JD said,lots of ways to do this.

The example above shows a very commom way to do it via the sweep, another that was introduced to 2008 is the bend command.
