Solid colors are hidden when printing.

Hatches show up when printing, but solid colors are hidden.

 

I have plot shading set to "Display", rather than "Wireframe" or "Hidden".

 

In the plot style manager, I have all colors' fill style set to "Use Object Fill Style". I tried setting these to "Solid" to no avail.

 

What is the deal?

Update: Our CAD technician had the solid colors on layer 0.

Is Layer 0 set to not print in the layer manager?
