stuck once again- how do i know what to set the overall scale for my dimensions? if my paper size is 24 x 18, and im using 3/8"=1'-0" , what should i set my dimensioning scale to? how do you figure this out??? i know it has something to do with taking the reciprocal of 3/8, but thats about all- ha ha! help!

3/8"=1'

3/8"=12"

1"=32"

so your dimscale should be 32 (I think)

How many 3/8" are in a foot (12")? 12*8/3=32 So 3/8"=1'-0" scale, dimscale = 32.
