Computer choice

Hi guys, attached is the specification of three computers I am looking to choose between. I need a computer that will last, and will run AutoCAD 2008 without any problems. For those who know about these things, can you have a look and offer any suggestions.

Thanks for the reply! The thing I worry about is the graphics cards being suitable, Im pretty sure the 6500gt is recommended but want ot be sure before investing....
