-toolbar when opening dwgs

i get this command -toolbar already entered whenever i open dwgs. say i open a drawing and type 'dimesnion' first thing, then the dimension toolbar appears.......because the command was ready to go.

i recently installed WD2cad but for the life of me can't figure out what i did. any help to troubleshoot?

Either unload WD2cad to make sure that is the problem, or contact Dotsoft for help on their software.

yep thats it. could have a problem with WD2CAD as it is. i dont think it is wroking correctly.
