How do you set up your MEP Catalogs??

I recently found out you can add multiple path/APC files to each Catalog in MEP. This is going very great so far for me, because I can network my APC files, no to mention create new ones with my own custom content which I'm all about. This way it separates Autodesk's stock catalogs with mine, etc etc. So how do you set up your Catalogs?

Yes I have but we don't have a fab shop. We sub all of our material out so its kinda irrelevant. :)
