dynamic table help

I´m trying to "dynamize" all my standard tables. I got it basically set up with a simple linear array so i can stretch the tables to the number of rows needed.

I´m trying to automatically number the rows but i really don´t know how to go about this.

I suppose a field might solve my problem, but I don´t really know how, can anybody help?

I know i could solve this with the lookup tool, but it would bring up a big unwanted list.

Does anybody know how to go about this another way?,
