pdxdan11 Posted April 29, 2009 Share Posted April 29, 2009 Just wondering if anyone else has had problems with the 3d studio max tutorial under surfaces in the create a 3d landscape section. Every time I try to use the shapemerge tool to cut the objects into the terrain the program crashes. I have tried to more uniformly space the faces in the terrain with the subdivide modifier but that doesn't help. Everything seems to go fine until I try to cut in the steps and it crashes every time.
