3d viewport in paperspace

Please tell me why and how to solve? If viewport layer is not frozen in paterspace, we only can see the drawing inside the viewport. But I can see the rest part of drawing outside viewport after freeze the viewport layer, and can not print correctly.

Thanks for your reply. I really have more than two viewports, but they are not overlap. The problem still. For example I drew one pipe, and used a viewport to show half pipe. After the viewport layer frozen, we can see not only half pipe but more than half.
