Right click options no longer there

Normally if I click on a Profile view and then right click, I get the option to edit my profile view.

I let someone use my computer yesterday and now that option is no longer there.

Also, if I select any entity in my drawing, type 'M', Enter, I then have to reselect my object

It sounds like he has changed your draughting preferences to suit his own.

Follow this.

Tools>Options>User Preferences>Right Click Customisation.

and for the second question, change the variable PICKFIRST to 1

It was the Pickfirst variable.

Is there anyway to accidently change this variable, my colleague was using my PC as she had adjusted this variable on her PC too accidently.
