2010 error "class not found"

We loaded 2010 this week and a few of us are getting "class not found" as an error when we try to use the Tool Palette (HVAC or piping) tabs. We can use the Duct Fitting drop down menu in the ribbons but I am used to the tool palette tabs.

Anyone know what is causing this?

have you tried a repair? Looks like something didnt instal properly
