sceejays Posted May 19, 2009 Share Posted May 19, 2009 Hi i was wandering if i did a drawing of a cabinet for example is it possible to generate a cutting list from the cad drawing, if so how would you go about it or is it a stupid question , anyone know. To be able to create a cutting list the program has to a parametric modeler like inventor, revit and solidworks. Vanilla 2010 may have this. Yep, if this is something that needs to be done on a regular basis - I have a feeling that it can be done with attributes and data extraction and/or a lisp or two.
