eglover297 Posted May 20, 2009 Posted May 20, 2009 Looking for suggestions on how to determine why civil 3D will shift point data more than 26 ft SW when the drawing settings and network are set in the correct coordinate zones. From what I can gather, the RW5, TXT, and FBK show the same northing and easting coordinates, but viewing the points list in Civil 3D show completely different northing and easting figures? In addition, if I insert a DXF line data created in the field, this shows the correct position of point and figure data. This drawing was started using a template with all point styles, figure styles as well as basic network information previously created. Quote
rustysilo Posted May 20, 2009 Posted May 20, 2009 Have you have verified your point file format? Is your drawing ucs set to World? Quote
eglover297 Posted May 20, 2009 Author Posted May 20, 2009 Yes. I've brought in all point data from a FBK (that was converted from an RW5 data format). I've checked all USC and point file format information and they are correct. Quote
