Cannot edit/delete files in vista

Hello,

I am using Inventor 9, my OS is Windows Vista Home Premium. I am having a strange problem with Inventor.

I cannot edit or delete inventor files. I can open the file and make any modification i want, but the moment i click on save button, Inventor stops working. When i try to cut or delete the file, the pop up message appears and says it is deleting. And the process goes on and on for ever. The speed is also 0 kb/sec. I can delete the files only after uninstalling Inventor. When i install inventor again the problem continues.

I don't know whether the problem is with inventor or vista. Please help me.

This happens only for inventor. Files related to other software works normally.
